Is my photo good enough?
Faces close together, clearly visible, and fewer than five people in the frame give the strongest result. But we can work with most photos, so don't overthink it — send the one you love.
How does it work?
Choose your theme, upload your photo, and complete your order. Within 24–48 hours we'll email you three compositions, and you choose the one that becomes your piece. We print it on gallery-quality canvas and ship it to your door.
If we don't hear from you within three days of sending your compositions, we'll select one on your behalf and send it to production so your order isn't delayed.

What if I'm not happy with my artwork?
Then we make it again, free of charge. Tell us what isn't working and our studio will prepare new compositions until you're happy with the result. New compositions usually take 48–72 hours to prepare.
Will everyone see the hidden faces?
At first glance, most people simply see a classical painting. Tell them to squint, or step back, and the faces surface. Once you know they're there, it's hard to unsee.
Can I exchange or return my order?
Because every piece is made for you alone, we can't accept returns or exchanges. What we do instead is keep working until it's right — revisions are free, so you approve the artwork before we print it.
Every order also comes with our product guarantee: if your canvas is lost in transit or arrives damaged, we'll replace it free of charge or refund you in full.

Digital file vs. physical canvas
Screens are backlit, so digital files usually look brighter and more vibrant than print. Your canvas is professionally produced, but colors will appear slightly deeper and softer than they did on your phone or laptop. This is normal for all printed artwork.

Digital: your high-resolution file arrives by email within 24–48 hours.
Canvas: you'll receive three compositions within 24–48 hours. Once you choose your favorite, it goes into production, and shipping takes 5–9 business days.

Yes — anyone you love belongs in a piece. Four or fewer faces, close together in a single photograph, is when the hidden portrait works best.
